UNIQA: Proposal for two new members in the Supervisory Board Proposal to the Annual General Meeting: Valerie Brunner and Elgar Fleisch in the UNIQA Supervisory Board Bank Manager Valerie Brunner, member of the Management Board for Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, looks back on more than 25 years of experience in finance. In addition to leading roles in the business with major corporate clients, she has primarily proven her extensive experience with major projects, cost efficiency programs and strategy projects across the Group. Since 2016, she has been responsible for the Risk Management and Finance division and other areas in the Management Board for Raiffeisen Centrobank AG. Technology researcher Elgar Fleisch, who is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Robert Bosch GmbH among other things, is a professor at the University of St. Gallen as well the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and focuses on information and technology management, taking operations management into particular account. At the centre of his research is the current merger of the physical and digital worlds with the Internet of Things (IoT), and based on this, new technologies and applications that will benefit the economy and society. Eduard Lechner and Klemens Breuer will leave the UNIQA Supervisory Board at the end of the 19th Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2018.
